Why a studio, not a single product
A single early-stage software bet is roughly a 15% chance of a meaningful return. Six correlated bets on one shared platform materially improve that outcome. Not to the naive independent-events figure of 62% (six bets sharing a founder, platform and channel are not independent), but meaningfully higher than a single bet, with two moonshots inside pushing the ceiling further. That is the studio thesis.
